I got up this morning and went for a run. Actually, I ran about two blocks, practically hyperventilated, then walked. It’s the first time in months I’ve done it. I would like to say I feel refreshed and good about it. That would be a lie. It sucked.
But that’s the process. And I’m not going to come back and be healthy again any other way. It’s gonna suck. Every day. But I’m going to do this thing.
