For the past two weeks, I have suffered from Monkey Pox, and because of the kennel cough it induced, I didn't spend any time working out. So last night I decided to make up for two weeks worth of working out in one session. I am a fool!
Everything hurts. It hurts to stand, sit, lay down, or walk. One day I will remember that I am not 18 any more, and I can no longer eat cupcakes for breakfast or make up for two weeks of work outs in one day. ugh!
